Living Proof with Tyra
Equipping organizations to build healing-centered cultures.
Living Proof with Tyra is a trauma-informed strategy firm. We give organizations and professionals the understanding, frameworks, and tools to support their people well, grounded in SAMHSA's principles of trauma-informed care and led by lived experience.
Every engagement is customized to your mission, your people, and the communities you serve. Choose one, or build a program that combines them.
Organizational assessments, policy development, and implementation support that help your workplace become a trauma-informed environment, where people feel safe enough to do their best work.
Customized, interactive learning experiences that equip public-service professionals, first responders, educators, healthcare workers, and frontline teams with practical trauma-informed frameworks.
Keynotes, conference sessions, and panels on resilience, trauma-informed leadership, and turning pain into purpose, delivered with lived experience and handled with dignity.
Custom training materials and curricula built for your specific organization, mission, and the people you serve, so the learning outlasts the engagement.
Trauma-informed care realizes the widespread impact of trauma, recognizes its signs, responds by building that knowledge into everyday practice, and actively resists re-traumatization. Six principles shape everything we do.
Physical and emotional safety for staff and the people they serve, throughout the organization.
Decisions made openly, so trust can be built and kept among staff and those served.
Shared experience as a vehicle for building safety, hope, and mutual self-help.
Leveling power differences and recognizing that healing happens in relationships.
Prioritizing skill-building, shared decision-making, and a real experience of choice.
Moving past stereotypes and bias, offering culturally responsive services, honoring history.
For government agencies, public institutions, and organizations that require a clear separation of faith and professional services.
For faith communities and organizations that welcome spiritual principles woven through the work. Both formats stay fully aligned with SAMHSA practices.
